With the generous donations of community members, AMWA was able to sponsor 6 meals for 170 Afghan evacuees per meal (1020 total) who were staying in hotels waiting for housing through September to Dec

Clothes

AMWA members collected Ethnic Clothes, packed according to sizes and delivered to the IRC to give out to the Afghan Evacuees based on the sizes S, M , L

 

Religious Items

AMWA members made a gift bag of Prayer Rug, Quran and Head Scarf to give to IRC to distribute to the newly arrived Afghan Evacuees.
